CONSTRUCTION LABORER

Requirements:

  • Must have own truck (able to haul materials, tools, etc), a clean DMV driving record and a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to perform physically demanding work, heavy lifting, cleaning etc.
  • Able to follow instructions and communicate clearly
  • Energetic, self-starter with previous construction experience a plus

This position is full time with paid holidays and PTO

Plan Development Coordinator

The Plan Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the construction industry, overseeing the coordination and development of essential plans and blueprints for construction projects. This position requires a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to manage various aspects of the planning process. The coordinator collaborates closely with Estimators and Superintendents to interpret project requirements, ensuring that all plans adhere to building codes, regulations, and safety standards. They meticulously review and analyze architectural designs, technical drawings, and construction documentation, identifying potential issues and recommending improvements as needed.

Estimator

Responsible for successfully estimating construction projects including collecting and analyzing project information and requests for proposals.  Prepares competitive cost estimates, bids and proposals based upon project specifics. This includes identifying project timelines and probable costs of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs for construction projects based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings, and other specifications.

Office Coordinator

Reporting directly to the Office Manager, the Office Coordinator oversees general office tasks and administrative duties, such as directing communications between colleagues and visitors, vendors, clients, entering data, maintaining office equipment, supplies and more. The Office Coordinator may perform other activities in multiple areas.

Superintendent

The Field Superintendent is responsible for managing all field operations on the project(s) assigned in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project while maintaining quality and protecting the Lawler brand. The Field Superintendent supervises the foreman & field labor force, including laborers. This position must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills. This position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching. He/She must be able to navigate the job site and must comply with all company safety requirements in the office and on the job site. Heavy equipment may be used, and he/she needs to be able to lift heavy objects.
